I bought this doll for my daughter for christmas and was pretty dissapointed... i agree that not only is the hair hideous but the baby's skin looks like it didnt get enough oxygen..its is a very unnatractive coloring for a newborn, not the pink of other dolls i have ordered and recieved, but a mottled blue gray color...it is not pleasant. My daughter keeps a hat on it at all times and we never can get past the color of its skin...its quite simply terrible to look at. I dont know of any healthy baby that looks like this and it was NOT represented this way in the pictures i looked at when ordering this doll...It was very false advertising....be careful if ordering this with a child in mind to use it...its not a pretty baby...

This doll is beautiful except..... you must keep her cap on. The hair under the cap is hideous. The root pores are huge and there is minimal hair so you see huge holes in the dolls head. It is ashamed that she is so cute yet has such an ugly head. With the hat on you don't see the holes. So just be aware of this. A doll in the price range should be better. I would not encourage a friend to buy this.
