Little Sweetheart

Introducing Little Sweetheart, a fully sculpted doll, created in commemoration of Ashton-Drake Galleries’ 25th Anniversary, by award-winning Master Doll Artist Titus Tomescu.

A full 16 inches long seated, Little Sweetheart is so realistically sculpted of the finest materials that you’ll just want to poke her chubby little body and pinch her rosy cheeks! Mr. Tomescu’s classical training in the art of sculpture is apparent when you examine the precision and natural quality of this little darling’s pose. As she twists around to offer you her precious pillow, her movement looks remarkably natural. This same attention to realism carries through in every detail, from her meticulously hand-painted features and long eyelashes, to the creases in her little fingers and toes!

Little Sweetheart wears a custom-made, pink summer outfit sprinkled in white polka-dots and trimmed in eyelet-lace and cheerful daises. To top off her happy ensemble, she wears a removable, floppy summer hat embellished with another red button and more pristine lace.

She comes complete with an adorable quilted blanket of alternating pink and lavender squares embellished with heart-shaped appliqués. Her outstretched hand offers a hand-embroidered and appliquéed pillow with the fitting words, “Little Sweetheart.”

“Little Sweetheart” is approximately 16" long seated. She is not a toy, but a fine collectible to be enjoyed by adult collectors.
